Terms of Purchase

All Aega products are handcrafted with care in our small workshop.
As each item is made in small batches, slight variations in finish or texture are natural and part of the product’s character.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before checkout. Aega is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.


Returns & Exchanges

We currently accept returns only for damaged or defective products.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, including clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

We do not accept returns for minor imperfections, as each piece is handcrafted and unique.
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging to qualify for replacement or refund.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.


Warranty

All Aega products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or craftsmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

If a part fails within this period, we’ll gladly repair or replace it free of charge.


Right to Repair

We proudly support the Right to Repair.
Our products are designed to be serviceable and maintainable, ensuring a longer lifespan and reduced waste.
If a part breaks outside of warranty, you can contact us for spare parts, repair guides, or assistance to fix it yourself.
